Well-traveled, Caroline spent time in Colorado where she began her 25+ year career as a financial consultant and became a V.P of Institutional Sales with a major Wall Street firm. This experience taught her the many qualities and skills that make for an excellent real estate professional. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, marketing savvy and a high-quality professional network are all hallmarks of her work. Caroline offers a personalized experience to every local, international, real estate investor or vacation home buyer and home seller delivering on the dream of a Florida coastal lifestyle!  Caroline has helped clients with purchases or sales of properties all along Florida’s Suncoast.  Although she focuses on St. Petersburg, Clearwater, the Central Gulf Coast Beaches and Tampa, should your real estate needs require, Caroline is glad to head south of Tampa Bay over the Skyway Bridge to Manatee County and Sarasota County.

As a “semi-native”, Caroline has called St Petersburg home for most of her life, having moved to the “Sunshine City” with her family from the UK when she was just a toddler. She is well versed in the Tampa Bay housing market with its vibrant downtowns and its award-winning beaches, and yet understands the area's uniqueness and value.  She currently enjoys waterfront living in the northeast St Petersburg neighborhood of Shore Acres Edgewater’s Arrowhead with her long-time partner where they enjoy an active coastal lifestyle, spending time with friends and family and chasing very active 6-year-old twin grandsons. Caroline’s personal time includes Pilates, biking, gardening, and boating, and is a member of the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce and the St Petersburg Women’s Chamber of Commerce.  She supports the local Alzheimer’s Florida Gulf Coast chapter and other charities and enjoys volunteering for local events.
